How is my seafood packaged for shipping?

All orders are packed in a reusable, insulated cooler with enough dry ice or gel packs to ensure your seafood remains at a safe, chilled temperature for up to 48 hours in transit.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Yes, we prioritize freshness by offering FedEx Overnight and 2-Day delivery options. Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday are typically eligible for next-day arrival.

Can I return a perishable food item?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or late, please contact our Guest Services team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

How long can I store my seafood once it arrives?

Fresh fish and shellfish should be consumed within 1-2 days of arrival. Frozen items can be stored in your freezer for up to 3 months if kept in their original vacuum-sealed packaging.

Are your lobsters shipped live or pre-cooked?

We offer both options. You can order live Maine lobsters for a traditional experience or choose our pre-cooked, flash-frozen lobster meat for maximum convenience.

Do you provide cooking instructions with the order?

Absolutely. Every shipment includes a detailed 'Legal Sea Foods' preparation guide with tips on how to boil, steam, or sear your seafood to restaurant-quality standards.
