Due to the perishable nature of our fresh seafood, we are unable to accept physical returns, but we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. If your delivery does not meet our high standards for quality or freshness, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for a resolution.

Return Process

    Upon arrival, immediately open your package and inspect the seafood and temperature-controlled packaging to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
